Provided is a layered film which does not crack even through a heat treatment. The layered film comprises a polyester film and a cured film layer formed on at least one surface of the polyester film and comprising (A) an alkoxysilane represented by general formula (1) and (B) colloidal silica, and is characterized in that the ratio of the thermal deformation of the layered film heated at 150ºC to the thermal deformation of the polyester film heated at 150ºC is 0.5 or higher.
