[Solution] The power conditioners (12) used in some of a plurality of distributed power supply facilities (14) are a power conditioner with a reactive power adjustment function, said power conditioner having a function capable of outputting reactive power, and the power conditioners used in the remaining distributed power supply facilities are a normal power conditioner without the reactive power adjustment function. Either one of the power conditioners with the reactive power adjustment function outputs reactive power, and the power conditioners of the remaining distributed power supply facilities output only active power. Each of the power conditioners determines whether or not the voltage at an interconnection point exceeds a predetermined value in accordance with the increase of the active power. When it is predicted that the voltage at the interconnection point will exceed the predetermined value, the power conditioners with the reactive power adjustment function, which are outputting the active power, among the power conditioners output the reactive power in sequence so that the voltage at the interconnection point does not exceed the predetermined value.
