The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing ice cream including: a support member; a main body arranged in the direction perpendicular to the support member; a head arranged on an upper portion of the main body; a mixing container which is located under the head and receives ice cream materials to be inserted therein; a rotation shaft which is located above the mixing container and has a nitrogen supply flow channel therein; a rotation shaft driving unit which is arranged in the head and rotates the rotation shaft; a mixing member which is joined to the rotation shaft, has a nitrogen spraying flow channel communicating with the nitrogen supply flow channel of the rotation shaft, is rotated as the rotation shaft is rotated, and mixes the ice cream materials filled in the mixing container and sprays nitrogen to the inside of the materials at the same time; and a nitrogen supply unit which supplies nitrogen to the nitrogen supply flow channel of the rotation shaft. According to the present invention, various kinds of ice cream can be manufactured to satisfy user′s taste, rapidly manufactures ice cream, and minimizes loss of nitrogen gas. |
