Provided are a touch screen panel and a touch screen integrated display device. The touch screen panel comprises a substrate, a first line electrode, a plurality of first segment electrodes, a second line electrode, a plurality of second segment electrodes, and a plurality of connecting electrodes. The first line electrode is arranged on a substrate in a first mesh pattern. The first segment electrodes are individually connected to the first line electrode. The second line electrode is arranged on the substrate in a second mesh pattern, and is separated from the first line electrode in an intersection region where the second line electrode crosses the first line electrode. The second segment electrodes are individually connected to the second line electrode. The connecting electrodes interconnect the second line electrode separated in the intersection region. The first line electrode and the second line electrode are formed of low resistance metal. In the touch screen panel, the first line electrode and the second line electrode are individually formed of low resistance metal, so the resistance of a touch electrode may be lowered, and accordingly, an RC-delay may be lowered. In addition, each of the first segment electrode and the first line electrode, and the second segment electrode and the second line electrode perform a function as one huge electrode surface. Therefore, the touch screen panel maintains an improved touch sensitivity. |
