Provided is a method for melting 4,4′-Methylenebis(2-chloraniline) (MOCA), which can reduce discoloration and degradation of elasticity and resilence of a manufactured polyurethane elastomer and can obtain products having uniform quality while remarkably reducing the time to melt MOCA. The method for melting MOCA is a method for melting MOCA to manufacture a polyurethane elastomer, which comprises: an oil heating step for heating oil and maintaining the temperature to be greater than or equal to 115°C; and a MOCA melting step for heating the MOCA with the heated oil.
