The present invention relates to an optical complex light guide plate having a multilayer structure and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an optical complex light guide plate having a multilayer structure and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of preventing scratch defects due to friction with another optical sheet and obtaining an excellent optical feature and excellent light resistance by co-extruding a skin layer on one surface or both surfaces of a light guide plate to form a multilayer structure.
