CHARGING AND DISCHARGING TESTING DEVICE

A charging and discharging testing device comprises: a testing battery capable of a predetermined amount of charging to generate a charging current and a discharging current; a supporting battery which is connected to the testing battery in series and providing a power for charging and discharging the testing battery as a power apparatus; a charging converter composed of a DC-DC converter, including an input terminal connecting to the supporting battery and an output terminal connecting to the test battery, and charging the test battery by flowing the charging current with a power of the supporting battery; and the DC-DC converter. The supporting battery is connected to the output terminal and the testing battery is connected to the input terminal, thereby discharging the test battery by having the discharging current of the testing battery be flowed.
