<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new saccharified product useful for flavor improvement of foods and drinks and a production method thereof, to provide foods and drinks using the saccharified product, and to provide a method for improving flavor of the foods and drinks. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a saccharified product obtained by at least hydrolysis treatment of a mixture consisting of pulverized products of vanilla beans and purified starch, a production method of a saccharified product, including a step of hydrolysis treatment of a mixture consisting of pulverized products of vanilla beans and purified starch, the foods and drinks mixed with the saccharified product, and a method for improving flavor of foods and drinks, adding the saccharified product when producing the foods and drinks. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
