<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic faucet device using a radio wave sensor and having a water discharge port provided above a radio wave radiation port in a water discharge port part, which can surely prevent erroneous water discharge due to a water drip from a water discharge port. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic faucet device includes; a faucet body; a water pipe 20 arranged inside of a communicating tube 10; a radio wave sensor for detecting an action state of an operator; and a controller for discharging and cutting off washing water based on a detection signal of the radio wave sensor. And the automatic faucet device includes; a waveguide 60 through which radio wave pass; and a radio wave radiation port 67 formed in a water discharge port part in order to outwardly emit the radio wave. In the water discharge port part, the water pipe 20 is directed in such a way that a water discharge port 26 discharges the washing water in an obliquely downward direction. The water discharge port 26 is also arranged above the radio wave radiation port 67. And, in the water discharge port part, a drain ditch 61 and a shield wall 62 are provided for preventing a water drip from the water discharge port 26 to the radio wave radiation port 67 in the water cutoff. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
