<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight operation part fixing bolt capable of reducing a manufacturing cost and capable of inhibiting the occurrence of a defect in appearance, and a drainage system of a bathtub, which has the operation part fixing bolt. <P>SOLUTION: An operation part fixing bolt 1 made of a resin is attached to an upper flange part 50a of a bathtub. A flange part 1a of the operation part fixing bolt 1 is used to be attached to a top surface of the upper flange part 50a of the bathtub. A tubular fixing part 1b is used to be fixed to a mechanism part 9. A tubular connection part 1c is positioned between the flange part 1a and the fixing part 1b, and formed integrally with both of the flange part 1a and the fixing part 1b.
