PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive an actuator at speed corresponding to an operating amount of a lever while using a fixed capacity pump.SOLUTION: In the electric motor control device for controlling rotation speed of an electric motor, the electric motor control device calculates a temporary target rotation speed of the electric motor on the basis of the maximum load pressure so as to make discharge pressure of the pump becomes larger than the maximum load pressure by only designated setting pressure (S74); calculates rotation speed of the electric motor generating the maximum output torque when output torque of the electric motor becomes such discharge pressure on the basis of the discharge pressure of the pump as upper limit rotation speed (S75); calculates lower one between the temporary target rotation speed and the upper limit rotation speed as target rotation speed of the electric motor (S76); and controlling rotation speed of the electric motor so as to make the rotation speed of the electric motor set as target rotation speed (S77). |
