Novelty: a method for the production of pomace wood, olive pomace wood, industrial olive oil and other products is disclosed. Technical features: the production system is mainly composed of the container or the cistern (1) wherein the raw material is gathered and therefrom conducted, with the assistance of the screw or the conveyor or the pump (2), to the mixer or the heated or not-heated kneader (3). The supply pump (4) conducts the raw material to the interior of the mechanical dryer (5), while the pump (6) conducts the liquid and fat materials to the decanter (12) for being separated. The solids are conducted by the screw or the conveyor (7) to the air transporter (8) and therefrom, with use of hot or cool air supplied by tubes (9) of varying cross sections, to the interior of the cyclone (10) wherefrom they finally exit by means of the screw or the conveyor (11). Advantages: low operational and installation cost, with no use of fire (via boilers, dryers and blast furnaces) what leads to the abolition of the greenhouse effect by use of the minimum possible electric energy as well as to the avoidance of exhausts emission in the already polluted atmosphere for better and cleaner environment. |
