The present invention relates to an apparatus to supply steam in a steam packaging machine to easily adjust a location and an amount of steam in accordance with a shape and size of a product container transported by a conveyor, and to improve packaging quality by rapidly and evenly pressing and shrinking a packaging pouch made of thermal shrinking film on a surface of the product container by supplying evenly and widely an adjusted steam. The apparatus to supply steam (600) in a steam packaging machine comprises: a steam spraying part (630) to spray steam inside of a steam heating part (500), formed with spraying nozzles (633) formed with a plurality of spraying holes (632) on one surface of a hollow square container (631), and installed to respectively face a surface formed with the spraying holes (632) to a top and a bottom part and a left and a right part of a conveyor (C) inside the steam heating part (500); and a steam adjusting part (620) comprising a steam adjusting container (621), a main valve (622) installed in the steam adjusting container (621) to adjust an amount of steam supplied from a steam generation part (610), and a sub valve (623) installed in the steam adjusting container (621) to adjust the steam location and amount respectively to spray the steam of the steam generation part (61) controlled by the main valve (622) to spray through the spraying nozzles (633) installed in the top and bottom parts and the left and right parts of the steam spraying part (630). The main valve (622) and the sub valve (623) are controlled in accordance with the size of the product container (10) passing through the inside of the steam heating part (500). |
