A device for utilizing a building information modeling (BIM) authorizing tool according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a memory wherein a plurality of instructions are stored; and a processor to react the instructions by being connected to the memory. The instructions comprise: a project production instruction to produce a project by using a general template of the BIM authorizing tool; a family expansion instruction to produce a family including multiple types by changing shape information of the family which is included in the general template and includes an internal member of a building, and to correct a parameter value corresponding to spec of the family included in the general template en bloc; a BIM design instruction to form a BIM design through the BIM authorizing tool and to improve a modeling work for the BIM design; and a BIM data calculation instruction to output a list for the internal member of the building as a result of the BIM design. |
