The invention provides an operation plan support system that supports water or electricity unit price that changes with time, uses the buffer function of a fresh water tank effectively, and can reduce making power fee operation plan. The operation plan support system (1) of water desalination apparatus that has a fresh water tank with fresh water stored therein comprises a preset part (8) for time change in salt concentration that computes a salt concentration predictive value of original water; a predicting part (10) for time change in water temperature that computes a water temperature predictive value of original water; an operation plan computing part (28) that computes a power fee of the water desalination apparatus based on the salt concentration predictive value, the water temperature predictive value, a regional timeshare electricity unit price of the water desalination apparatus, a fresh water tank maximum volume, a fresh water tank minimum volume, a fresh water volume inside the fresh water tank and a fresh water demand volume, so as to compute a water plan (26). The system (1) also comprises a water plan display part (30) that displays the computed water plan (26). |
