<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed screw device that can reduce a friction force that is produced in screw grooves by vibrating the screw grooves more efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The feed screw device 1 includes: a shaft member 10, on the outer circumferential face of which screw grooves 11 are formed; a nut member 20, on the inner circumferential face of which screw grooves are formed; and a vibration generating member 41 which vibrates the screw groove of the nut member 20. The screw grooves of the nut member 20 are structured with a plurality of screw groove parts 21a, 22a provided separately from each other in the axial direction in an axial range L2 where they engage with the screw grooves 11 of the shaft member 10.
