The present invention pertains to a hot shearing processing apparatus and a hot shearing processing method for performing hot shearing processing on worked material that has undergone punch processing, and the purpose of which is to control the shift in processing locations resulting from heat expansion so as to make it easy to perform highly accurate heat shearing processing. The heat shearing processing apparatus comprises a processing head (6) for hot shearing the worked material (W1), an imaging unit (7) that captures a given range of the worked material, and a control unit (SG) that controls the hot shearing processing operations. A plurality of products (s) are laid out on the worked material, and holes (H) are formed corresponding to the products. When correcting the starting position, the control unit (SG) will, using the processing head (6), form a scribe line of a predetermined shape (LC21) with the center coordinates of the holes (HB21)in the processing program as the reference points, calculate the degree of the shift in position between the center (CTR21) of the holes (HB21) of the image and the reference points of the scribe line (CTR21L), and calculate the starting point for heat shearing processing (HGB) on the basis of the degree of the shift in position. |
