<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve characteristics of an electronic element. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated structure comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode; a light-emitting layer or a charge separation layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a layer which is provided between the light-emitting layer or the charge separation layer and the first electrode and contains a conjugated compound having a structural unit represented by formula (1).
