Disclosed in the present invention are a system and a method for providing an advertisement, and an apparatus applied to the same. That is, a targeting application is designated as a targeting condition of an advertisement, and an advertisement is provided only to an advertising media device in which the targeting application is installed among a plurality of advertising media devices requesting the advertisement, thereby increasing advertising effects within a limited amount of offered advertisements. |
