The present invention relates to a blade gripping apparatus. The blade gripping apparatus grips a blade of a wind power generator using a fluid pocket where a fluid is injected. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the blade gripping apparatus comprises: a base frame; a gripping arm coupled to the base frame to grip the blade; and the fluid pocket provided to an inner surface of the gripping arm to pressurize the blade.
