The present invention relates to a pump-type dredging apparatus to be installed in a dredging ship to excavate the floor layer of a river or sea with a cutter and to pump the excavated dredging soil up to the dredging ship, which comprises: a high-pressure pump installed on the dredging ship to provide suction power through rotation of an impeller; a pipe-shaped shaft housing connected to the high-pressure pump to accommodate a shaft of the impeller and to be extended into the water; a suction pipe connected to the shaft housing to be able to communicate, extended to the floor layer, and connected to the cutter to suck up the dredging soil; and a blocking preventing unit for providing an eddy into the shaft housing or providing pulling power to the shaft of the impeller to prevent blocking of the shaft housing by stopper stones included in the dredging soil. |
