The present invention relates to a blueberry sweet jelly, which contains blueberries, enables a user to eat anthocyanin as an antioxidant in an easy manner, and thus can help the maintenance and improvement of health; and to a method for manufacturing the same. The blueberry sweet jelly includes 1-10 wt% of blueberry, 30-75 wt% of white bean paste, 2-20 wt% of sugar, 1-15 wt% of agar, and 1-20 wt% of grain syrup with respect to the total weight of the blueberry sweet jelly. The method for manufacturing the blueberry sweet jelly includes the following steps: (a) producing agar liquid by heating agar and water; (b) producing a first mixture by adding white bean paste to the agar liquid; (c) producing a second mixture by adding blueberry powder or a blueberry extract to the first mixture; (d) producing a third mixture by adding water, sugar, and grain syrup to the second mixture and mixing the same; (e) heating and concentrating the third mixture; and (f) cooling the concentrated mixture. |
