PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating member that prevents ultrafine particles (UFP) generated from a heat absorption part formed on an inner peripheral surface of the heating member from being emitted to the outside of a fixing device, the fixing device including the heating member, and an image forming apparatus including the fixing device.SOLUTION: A fixing device 5 includes a heater 44 that generates infrared radiation, a heating roller 18 that is heated by the heater 44 incorporated therein, a heat absorption part 25 that is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the heating roller 18 and absorbs the infrared radiation of the heater 44, and a coat layer 51 that transmits infrared radiation and has heat resistance of 300°C or higher, and is coated on the surface of the heat absorption part 25. |
