The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling green water, which minimizes the amount of green water by adjusting the height of a turret according to the waves coming to a ship. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for controlling green water comprises: a turret which is formed in a ship to be rotated and lifted and is fixed to a sea floor to restrict the movement of the ship; and a drive part which lifts the turret.
