The present invention relates to a conductive polymer composite which has excellent filterability and good film forming ability by using spin-coating while having excellent film transparency and flatness to be used to form a conductive film. The conductive polymer composite includes: (A) a π conjugated system polymer; and (B) a dopant polymer which includes repeating unit a, represented by the formula 1 while having the average molecular weight of 1,000-500,000. In the chemical formula 1: R^1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R^2 is a fluorine atom or a trifluoromethyl group; Z is a single bond or -C(=O)-O-; m is an integer between 1 and 4; and a is larger than 0 and is less than or equal to 1.
