<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder massive material contact surface-protecting structure which does not require the construction of a stage for a liner member replacement work and, therefore, can reduce the cost of the liner member replacement work. <P>SOLUTION: When the liner member 8 is attached to a support plate 6 of, for example, a tilting type damper 4 to constitute the contact surface, an accommodation part 10 of an upper part opening type for accommodating powder massive material F is formed on the liner member 8, a cured layer 11 is disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the accommodation part 10, and a bolt part 12 and a nut 14 for attaching the liner member 8 to the support plate 6 are arranged within the accommodation part 10. When the powder massive material F is accommodated within the accommodation part 10, the bolt part 12 and the nut 14 within the accommodation part 10 do not come into collision with the powder massive material F and are hardly damaged. Further, a worker gets on the support plate 6 of the tilting type damper 4 and can replace the liner member 8. Furthermore, the depth of the accommodation part 10 is set using an inclination angle of the support plate 6 and a repose angle of the powder massive material F in such a manner that the upper end part of the nut 14 is not protruded to the upper side than the powder massive material F within the accommodation part 10 even when the support plate 6 is inclined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
