Disclosed is an embryo-retaining rice milling apparatus including: a raw material supply unit which is installed on an upper portion of an apparatus main body and supplies a raw material to be milled to a milling location through the apparatus main body; a joining unit which is installed on the upper portion of the apparatus main body, is joined to the raw material supply unit, and receives supply of the raw material; a milling unit having a grinding member which can be attached to and detached from an upper portion of the joining unit and grinds and processes the raw material transferred through the joining unit; a discharge unit which is detachably joined to an upper portion of the milling unit and discharges rice, processed by the milling unit, through a discharge duct; and a transfer shaft which is installed in the joining unit and the center of a raw material transfer path in the center of the milling unit and transfers the raw material when the transfer shaft rotates. A plurality of milling units may be arranged according to the number and an arrangement location of grinding members and the kind of a grinding blade and can be assembled and disassembled to be located between the joining unit and the discharge unit. |
