PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a reservation to be made with consideration for waiting time at a target facility and required time to the facility.SOLUTION: A transmitting and receiving unit 14 receives: facility information showing a facility designated by a user; and current position information of the user. A waiting time calculation unit 15 calculates waiting time at the facility on the basis of the number of people waiting at the facility shown by the facility information. A required time calculation unit 16 calculates required time from a current position shown by the current position information to a facility position shown by the facility information. A reservation management unit 17 transmits reservation information for making a reservation with the facility shown by the facility information, on the basis of the waiting time and the required time. |
