<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of mass-producing nanofiber laminate in which a nonwoven fabric or a film with low or no air permeability can be used as a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A method of producing nanofiber laminate comprising the steps of applying strong electric field to generate nanofiber and spraying the nanofiber onto a collecting part. The collecting part comprises a plane part with nearly a plane serving as a net-like collection belt made of synthetic resin which allows air to pass through endlessly. At a rear side of the collection belt disposed is a suction mechanism by which nanofiber is attached to the collection belt to form a nanofiber laminate. The nanofiber laminate thus obtained is transported from the plane part to a take-off part. The take-off part comprises an electrification part for charging electrostatic which attracts the charged nanofiber laminate and an air blowing part for blowing air for taking nanofiber laminate off, thereby taking nanofiber laminate off and transporting the nanofiber laminate to a desirable substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
