The present invention relates to a two-liquid type paint spraying device. In particular, the present invention relates to a two-liquid type paint spraying device which prevents two-liquid type paint from being cured by mixing a main agent with a hardening agent instantly using a static mixer, which rotates at high speed in a cylinder in which an airless-type stirrer (20) and a spray inlet hole are connected, such that the two-liquid type paint formed by stirring the main agent and the hardening agent is successively processed, and mixes the main agent with the hardening agent at a constant ratio by using a step motor which rotates the static mixer. The two-liquid type paint spraying device according to the present invention stirs the main agent and the hardening agent while the main agent and the hardening agent pass through the short static mixer with a length of about 5cm, and sprays the stirred result right after the static mixer, such that the two-liquid type paint formed by stirring the main agent and the hardening agent is not cured and a successive process is enabled. Also, labor costs can be reduced since one worker can form and spray the two-liquid type paint almost simultaneously. In addition, the device according to the present invention is highly compatible with devices from other companies. A scattering phenomenon of the two-liquid type paint can be minimized, and the process can be performed at desired pressure up to a maximum value of 230bar. |
