Disclosed are an electronic device and a system including the same. According to the present invention, the electronic device and the system including the same include: a body; a plurality of supports on which one ends are coupled to the body; and a mounting unit connecting the other sides of the supports and having a curved portion mounted in an ear of a user in response to a shape of the ear of the user. At least one of the supports rotates around the body, and a radius of the mounting unit can be changed by the rotation of the one of the supports. According to the present invention, the supports coupled to the body can be mounted in the ear of the user.
