The present invention relates to a stack-type semiconductor device capable of performing data write operation free from a strobe signal timing rule. The stack-type semiconductor device may include: a core die formed to record data to respond to an effective signal; and a base die which latches data input from the outside according to a strobe signal and transmits the data to the core die, and detects an effective pulse among pulses of the strobe signal and generates the effective signal. |
