PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder suitable for a laminate used in film insert molding.SOLUTION: The binder for film insert molding includes: 100 pts.mass of a polyester containing 30-70 mol% of a diol compound represented by general formula (1) in the whole diol component; and 5-40 pts.mass of a crosslinking agent. In the formula, Rand Rare each a 2-8C alkyl group.
