<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for a network equipment arrangement which can obtain a quasi-optimal solution of a network equipment arrangement which improves accommodation efficiency in consideration of the density in a subscriber area. <P>SOLUTION: The program makes computer serve as: clustering processing means which classifies positions of a plurality of subscriber units into clusters and determines a centroid of each of the clusters as an installation candidate position of network equipment; line length setting means which selects one of a plurality of maximum allowable line lengths in accordance with a subscriber unit density calculated from the number of subscriber units belonging to each cluster and an area of the cluster; line length determination means which determines whether or not all of line lengths for connection between the determined centroid and subscriber units belonging to the cluster are equal to or shorter than the selected maximum allowable line length; and network equipment arranging means which, when the line length determination means determines that they are equal to or shorter than the selected maximum allowable line length, settles the determined centroid as an installation position of network equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
