PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm that a pipe joint is reliably connected to a pipe end by reliably exposing an indicator ring, when adopting the pipe joint with an indicator ring.SOLUTION: A pipe joint connection jig 20 includes: a pipe holding unit 21 for holding a pipe to be connected; a pipe joint holding unit 22 for holding a pipe joint 1 so that a pipe axis of a pipe held by the pipe holding unit 21 is coincident with a central axis of the pipe joint 1; a pipe end pushdown mechanism unit 23 for pushing down a pipe end of the pipe to the pipe joint 1 by relatively bringing the pipe holding unit 21 close to the pipe joint holding unit 22; and an indicator ring exposing mechanism unit 24 forcibly separating the pipe holding unit 21 from the pipe joint holding unit 22 and applying a pull-out force by the restoring force of elastic compression associated with the pushdown operation of the pipe end pushdown mechanism unit 23. |
