PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can collectively detect many kinds of food poisoning-causing bacteria, is conducted quickly, is easy to operate, and economical.SOLUTION: This invention provides a method which can collectively detect food poisoning-causing bacteria by a multiplex PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method using a primer pair specific to a target gene.
