PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve drainage performance for condensed water generated on the surface of a cold storage medium container.SOLUTION: A plurality of convex portions (47a1) bonded to an outer surface of a refrigerant path member (45) and protruding outward is formed on a surface of a cold storage medium container (47) into which a cold storage medium is filled. These convex portions (47a1) are formed in both a long-length direction and a short-length direction of the cold storage medium container (47) repeatedly in a staggered arrangement. By forming the convex portions (47a1) in such an arrangement, it is possible to appropriately discharge condensed water or the like and ensure drainage performance. |
