The present invention relates to a thin film transistor substrate capable of reducing costs and a manufacturing method of the same. According to the present invention, the thin film transistor substrate comprises: a thin film transistor connected to a data line and a gate line which are formed to intersect with each other on a substrate; and a light-shielding film formed on the substrate and overlapped with an active layer of the thin film transistor. Especially, according to the present invention, the data line of the thin film transistor is formed on the same flat surface of the light-shielding film. Accordingly, the data line and the light-shielding film are simultaneously formed to reduce costs. |
