According to the present invention, the maritime floating structure of the present invention comprises: a first floating body placed in the center; and multiple second floating bodies placed on the side surface of the first floating body. The first floating body comprises: a floating body unit made from materials which can float in the shape of a polyprism; a damper unit on whose center unit the bottom surface of the floating body unit is mounted, whose cross-section is made in the same shape as that of the cross-section of the floating body unit and is formed to be greater than the cross-section of the floating body unit, and which is placed in the water to reduce the fluctuation of the first floating body by wave or roller; and one or more combining groove units formed on each side surface of the floating body unit. The second floating body is made in the same shape as that of the floating body unit. A combining unit is formed on the side surface facing the side surface of the floating body unit to be combined with the combining groove unit. The combining groove unit is placed by being distanced away from the floating body unit by one aspect.
