The dust removing machine capable of dealing with the sticking of a foreign substance according to the present invention comprises: a dust removing device installed in a distant channel and separating and removing a foreign substance contained in incoming water; a lifting means which lets a rake (A6) passing a screen (A4) lift a foreign substance stuck in the screen (A4) when the foreign substance gets stuck in a screen (A4) of the dust removing device; a sensing means which senses the lifting of the lifting means; a switching means which switches the front and back of the screen (A4) by the sensing of the sensing means.
