A capacitance read-out front-end device includes a switch unit configured to selectively connect a terminal for outputting a mutual capacitance value and a terminal for outputting a self capacitance value to a voltage-current converting circuit. Therefore, the present invention provides a circuit device which can read both mutual and self capacitance values.
