The present invention relates to an inverse organic light emitting device based on graphene and a method for manufacturing the same and, more particularly, to an inverse organic light emitting device which comprises a cathode, an anode, and an organic thin film layer as a light emitting layer. The organic thin film layer further includes one or more layers selected from the group consisting of a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an electron injection layer, and an electron transport layer. At least any one layer of cathode and anode layers includes the graphene. According to the present invention, the inverse organic light emitting device uses the graphene as an electrode material, thereby preventing moisture and oxygen from being permeated into an element to improve a lifespan and stability of the organic light emitting device. Also, a manufacturing method of the present invention can be performed with a solution process such as a metered injection coating method, thereby reducing manufacturing costs of the organic light emitting element. |
