According to the present invention, a wind power generator comprises: a central shaft which is installed perpendicularly to the ground surface and has an eccentric shaft by being curved to the outside at a middle part; supporting parts which are respectively rotatably disposed in the upper part and lower part of the central shaft and has at least one supporting bar protruded in the outside part; one or more blade parts whose upper and lower end portions are mounted on an outer portion of the supporting parts to be rotated; a link part whose both ends are rotatably coupled to a side of the blade part and the eccentric shaft; and a power generating part which is disposed in the supporting part and generates the energy by the rotational force of the support being rotated. The blade part is rotated centering on the eccentric shaft by the link part when the supporting part rotates centering on the central shaft, however it is rotated only within the width at a certain angle centering on a position arranged in the supporting part by being separated at a certain distance between a side of the blade part and the eccentric shaft. |
