The present invention relates to a lithium secondary battery optimized to form a dual system with a lead storage battery in a 12 V dual battery pack, and to a battery module comprising the same, wherein the battery module has excellent performance and SOC prediction convenience. The lithium secondary battery comprises a positive electrode including a three-component lithium-containing metal oxide as a positive electrode active material, and a negative electrode including lithium titanium oxide as a negative electrode active material.
