The present invention relates to a current sensing device of a display panel, and more particularly to a current sensing device of a display panel, which can accurately detect a driving current flowing in a pixel, and an organic light emitting display device including the same. The current sensing device of the display panel comprises: a variable resistor control unit for receiving image data to be outputted to the display panel, calculating predicted driving current flowing to pixels included in the display panel based on the received image data and outputting a variable resistor control signal corresponding to a current range in which the predicted driving current exists; a current sensing unit for sensing driving current supplied to the pixels while the image data is outputted to the display panel, and outputting a sensing voltage corresponding to the sensed driving current; a sensing voltage operation unit for changing an integration gain according to the variable resistor control signal and integrating the sensing voltage; and an operation control unit for controlling operation of the sensing voltage operation unit in response to an operation control signal.
