An apparatus for preventing resonance of underwater equipment and a method for installing underwater equipment using the same are disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for preventing resonance of underwater equipment is the resonance prevention apparatus which prevents resonance occurs in the underwater equipment when the underwater equipment is installed, comprises: a device main body having an elevating force in the water; and at least one attachment unit enabling the device main body to be attached to be separated to the underwater equipment. The device main body is attached to the underwater equipment by the at least one attachment unit and separated from the underwater equipment when the underwater equipment reaches a preset water depth.
