The present invention relates to a polyurethaneurea elastic-fiber with antibacterial and deodorant effects, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the polyurethaneurea elastic-fiber comprises: a metal phosphateantibacterial agent including a result of dipping silver ions into a porous material, and one or more elements selected from Ca, Mg, Al, Ti, Si, and Zr; a metal phosphate deodorant including one or more elements selected from Zr, Zn, and Si; and one or more inorganic anti-chlorinating agents selected from hydrotalcite, huntite, hydromagnesite, zinc oxide, and magnesium oxide. The polyurethaneurea elastic-fiber of the present invention has excellent antibacterial and deodorant effects, discoloration resistance, and chlorine resistance. |
