Provided in the present invention are a ring assembly for an electronic clutch and an outer ring composing the same, and a method for manufacturing a ring assembly for an electronic clutch and an outer ring composing the same. According to the present invention, the outer ring of the ring assembly for an electronic clutch comprises: an outer ring part (210) formed in the shape of disc having a through-opening (211); an outer ring flange (220) which is extended in the direction of meeting the surface of the outer ring part (210) at a right angle; and a number of coupling segments (230) which are disposed by being separated from the outer circumference border of the outer ring part (210) at a preset central angle and form a rivet hole (231), respectively. An embossed part (232) which relatively protrudes compared with the remaining coupling segments (230) is disposed on the surface of the coupling segments (230) which are adjacent to the rivet hole (231), thereby absorbing or buffering noise and vibration generated between the ring assembly and rivet without a washer as the embossed part is included in the ring assembly. Additionally, an embodiment of the present invention is able to simplify the process since the embossed part is manufactured at the same time when manufacturing the ring assembly. |
