The present invention relates to an assisting apparatus for work in a sitting posture capable of reducing leg fatigue due to work in a sitting posture for a long period of time by using an elastic body such as a spring when a user works in a sitting posture such as agricultural or welding work that people maintains a squatting and sitting posture for a long period of time; allowing a user to easily stand by using an elastic force when the user stands after working; preventing a knee from being attached to an inside of the apparatus when the knee is bent, and thus improving wearing sensation. According to the present invention, the assisting apparatus for work in a sitting posture comprises: an upper mounting stand (10) mounted on the upper part of an inner knee joint of a body; a lower mounting stand (20) formed to correspond to the upper mounting stand (10) to be worn on the lower part of the inner knee joint; and an elastic part (30) in which the lower side of the upper mounting stand (10) and the upper side of the lower mounting stand (20) are connected to each other by a hinge shaft (31). The elastic part (30) includes at least one spring to provide an elastic force. In the upper mounting stand (10) and the lower mounting stand (20), an action groove in contact with a guide rod of the spring at a certain angle, and a plurality of upper moving grooves (11) and lower moving grooves (21) for allowing the upper mounting stand (10) and the lower mounting stand (20) to move are formed. In addition, a wearing pad (50) in the form of a plate on which a plurality of upper engaging shafts (51) and lower engaging shafts (52) fastened by passing through the upper moving grooves (11) and the lower moving grooves (21) are mounted, is included therein. |
