An apparatus to install a hydraracker is disclosed. The apparatus to install a hydraracker according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a length adjusting part which is connected to the top of a derrick of a floating structure and is moved in a vertical direction to connect a hydraracker to the bottom of the derrick by the vertical movement thereof.
